Translation/Interpreting APP
At this year’s IGNH World Congress from June 11-15, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel Mainz, we are offering participants the use of an interpreting app as a free service.
This tool translates from and into German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish, meaning you can hold your presentation in one of these five languages.
Participants can use their smartphones to translate the spoken content into one of the aforementioned languages and read along on their smartphones or listen via headphones.
Accommodation
Rooms can be booked during registration process. Please be informed that rooms inkl. breakfast, parking and extra service have to be paid on your own by check out. Costs: 189,00 € per single room per night incl. breaktfast and VAT (double room: 209,00 € per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT)
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible free of charge until 11th March 2025 (3 Months prior to convention) excluding 20 € service and handling fee.

How to get from Frankfurt airport to Mainz by local train
You arrive at Frankfurt Airport. The airport’s train station for short distances is located in the ground floor of the airport, below terminal 1. Follow the signs Regional Train Station.
Take the regional Train S8 or S9 direction Wiesbaden leaving on track 3.
The train leaves every 15 minutes and only takes 25 Minutes.
You can buy tickets at the ticket vending machine or at the RMV TicketShop or via the RMVgo APP free of charge on your smartphone.
Choose Fare Level 4, the ticket costs 6,60 € one way.
